Here’s What We Know About the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars’ Divorce

They may have seemed like the picture of wedded bliss on “Vanderpump Rules” — most of the time — but sadly, Scheana Shay and Mike Shay announced they were getting divorced back in November. At the time, neither Scheana nor Mike revealed too much about their split, but now, a few months later, Scheana has revealed the reasons why things just “weren’t working” in their relationship.

Um, at least we have Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney?

Here’s everything we know about Scheana Shay and Mike Shay’s divorce:

1. Initially, Scheana tried to mask it

2. They lost their fire

Unfortunately for gossip sites, there wasn’t a big scandal that preceded Scheana and Mike’s decision to call it quits. They just weren’t into each other anymore. In an effort to rekindle their romance, the pair went on a Hawaiian vacation shortly after Schwartz and Maloney’s wedding, but they “never got that spark back.”

3. The beginning of the end will play out on “Vanderpump Rules”

So far on this season of “Vanderpump Rules,” we’ve barely seen Mike Shay at all. And Scheana’s storyline has been all about her low-grade fighting with Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, and Maloney. But apparently — and not surprisingly — towards the end of the season, viewers will get a glimpse of the couple’s issues. “You’ll see a lot of things play out on the show,” Scheana said. “So much more is to come, and every single reason why we're getting divorced will be revealed later this season.”

4. Scheana’s friends have had her back
