This person does not have time for you. Or you -- if the internet bae sending noncommittal texts and never taking real steps with the recipient is you -- you are just playing with another person's emotions.
This dating tactic is sweeping the scene, there's even a Twitter moment about it. Stringing someone along, 'leading her on', teasing. It has other names and it's not new. I feel it's much worse than totally ghosting a person.
