Maybe yes...judging from the success of services like Rent The Runway, which gives 5 million users access to aspirational brands they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford.

Maybe no...because convincing people to share clothes with other people requires a much bigger behavioural shift than convincing them to share vehicles or accommodation. There are logistics, size, taste, and the idea of wearing something someone else already has, which removes a major reason for fashion: putting on something new.
