The plaza was bustling with people, corn and raspado carts, and souvenir sellers.
Walk around the city to see the more relaxed sights and the 500 year old Palace of Cortes, the oldest colonial era civil structure in the country.
Raspados is the Mexican shaved ice, topped with syrup and condensed milk. Cuernavaca is famous for their Tapioca Raspado, so of course I had to try one. Sweet and refreshing!
Walk around the market here, it has a unique layout and some great vendors, from mole to tortillas and live bugs to eat.
