Hey friends, I'm on LINE

I'm visiting Taiwan and everyone here uses an instant messaging app called LINE. Apparently it's all about the stickers... My cousin sent me this sticker of what looks like a white bear in a uniform happily dragging a lobster on a leash. I have no idea what it means. Also, one of the ways you can add friends to your contacts is to open the app and shake your phones in proximity to each other. Weird, but it works!
