We know him for wearing dark glasses, sporting a pony tail and perhaps his diet and for designing Diet Coke cans, but Karl is mostly known for being the force behind Chanel which has done for 30 years. He recently formed a licensing agreement with jeweler Frederick Goldman to distribute Karl Lagerfeld fine jewelry in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K.
“The rings had to express something that concerns the heart and real feelings,” he says. “It has to be a symbol and a sign of a real wish of engagement. It has to be elegant but not bling-bling.”
