A List of Healthy Nuts

If you are hungry and want to eat a healthy snack, a handful of nuts is always the best choice. They don’t get spoiled easily and you can travel with them easily. Choose amongst your favorite nuts and store them in your refrigerator. I recommend eating tree nuts rather than ground nuts.

  • Macadamia Nuts

    They are low in carb content and have the highest fat. The other nutrients in Macadamia nuts are magnesium, manganese and Vitamin B1.

  • Pecans

    Pecans are rich in Vitamin and minerals. They help in increasing the good cholesterol in the body. For a tasty dish, you can add candied pecan to your salad.
